Cotkin & Collins is located in the One California Plaza Building, 300 S. Grand Avenue., 24th Floor, in downtown Los Angeles. Parking for our office is located underneath the building. Walk straight and slightly to the right for the entrance. You will see signage on the building indicating “One California” and “Two California Plaza”. Proceed towards the One California Plaza building entrance on the right.

DIRECTIONS TO ONE CALIFORNIA PLAZA BUILDING

1. Traveling south on the Harbor Freeway (110) (or south on the Pasadena Freeway 110 which becomes the Harbor Freeway southbound), exit at 4th St. and travel east on 4th St. Turn left (north) on Olive St. The entrance for the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your left shortly after you turn.

2. Traveling north on the Harbor Freeway (110), exit at 4th St. and travel east on 4th St. Turn left (north) on Olive St. The entrance for the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your left shortly after you turn.

3. Traveling south on the Hollywood Freeway (101), exit Temple St. and turn left. Take Temple to Grand Ave. and turn right. Take Grand Ave. to 1st St. and turn left. Take 1st St. to Olive St., which is the next street and turn right. The entrance for the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your right.

4. Traveling north on the Hollywood Freeway (101), exit Grand Ave. and turn right. Take Grand Ave. to 1st St. and turn left. Take 1st St. to Olive St., which is the next street, and turn right. The entrance for the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your right.

5. Traveling south on the Golden State Freeway (5) from the San Fernando Valley, transition onto the Pasadena Freeway (110) going south, which will transition into the Harbor Freeway (110) southbound. Exit at 4th St. and travel east on 4th St. Turn left (north) on Olive St. The entrance for the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your left shortly after you turn.

6. Traveling east on the Santa Monica Freeway (10) from the Westside, transition onto the Pasadena Freeway (110) northbound as you approach downtown. Exit at 4th St. and travel east on 4th St. Turn left (north) on Olive St. The entrance for the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your left shortly after you turn.

7. Traveling west on the Santa Monica Freeway (10) from the east (or from the Golden State Freeway (5) traveling north to the 10 westbound), transition onto the Harbor Freeway (110) northbound and exit at 4th St., and travel east on 4th. Turn left (north) on Olive St. The entrance the One Cal Plaza parking will be on your left shortly after you turn.
